1. Can I track my order?
    All orders sent from Built To Last  are sent via a traceable method via Canada Post. Once your item has been shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
  2. How long is processing, shipping and handling? 
    Please allow up to 24-48 hours after placing your order for your items to be shipped. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.
  3. Will I be charged customs and duties taxes?
    International orders may incur import duties and taxes, these are payable by you, the customer. If you are unsure whether this is applicable for your destination country we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
  4. I think my order was lost/stolen, what do I do?
    Built To Last is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once items are shipped, it is the responsibility of the courier service to ensure packages are delivered . If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the courier to file a claim for the missing package. Built To Last will not issue any refunds for lost/stolen packages.
  5. I just placed my order, can I cancel it?
    You may cancel your order within 12 hours of making the purchase. However, if your order has already been fulfilled or shipped, we can no longer cancel it. Please note that we process orders immediately in order to ship them out as soon as possible.

  6. How do I return my package?
    You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to have the item returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Get in touch with us at info@builttolastapparel.com and we will provide you with details on the return address. 

  7. How do I know you received my order?
    Successful orders will display a Thank You page with your order number and confirmation immediately after completing your order. A confirmation email with your order number, invoice and details will then be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This should come through within an hour, but sometimes can go to your spam - so please check your junk to make sure if you haven’t received a confirmation.If you haven’t seen or received either of these, please contact us at sales@builttolastapparel.com to check your order status for you.
